Warranty Terms and ConditionsWith a minimum purchase of S$150.00, customers are issued with a warranty card. Please keep the customer copy of the warranty carefully and ensure that the company copy is returned to us for validity.
(1) Period of Coverage
Lifetime warranty against rust for our products.

5-year free maintenance for any damaged wire parts. A charge is applicable after the warranty is expired.
(2) Services Provided
Removal of watermarks.

Free off-site maintenance during warranty period for the following situations:
(a) Inadequate handling of products such as dropping or hitting resulting in damages.
(b) Damages resulting from re-assembly of the stainless steel products.
(c) Damages due to exerting too much weight onto the stainless steel products resulting in spoilage of wire portion.
Note: Scratching and pox marks may result from cleaning or welding process. The Company shall not be made liable for these circumstances.
(3) Limitations of Warranty and Services
Only Wel-Mi Stainless Steel series are eligible for the warranty and maintenance services.

The warranty card needs to be present for any servicing during the warranty period.

No exchanges or replacements will be given for any form of damages.

Maintenance is only provided for the wire portions. Any bending and/or alteration of the wire portions are not covered under the warranty.
(4) Responsibilities of Customers
Perform all self-tests and troubleshooting.

Provide all information including the model number, invoice number, place of purchase and the current failure symptoms.

Perform all maintenance and cleaning of the product as instructed under ´Maintenance of Products´.
(5) Warranty Repair Policy
The Company will need a grace period of 2 weeks to repair any defective products and this may be prolonged to a maximum of 4 weeks depending on the extend of damage.
