Operating Hours

All our showrooms operates daily from 12pm to 9pm except for:

IMM: 11.00am to 9.30pm

New World Centre: 10.30am to 7.30pm

The main office operates from Mondays to Fridays (9.00am to 5.00pm) and Saturdays (9.00am to 1.00pm). It is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Our delivery hours are from 12.00pm to 5.00pm from Mondays to Saturdays (no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays).

Deliveries are available for purchases exceeding S$200.00. Deliveries are free of charge. Purchases below S$200.00 have to be cash and carried.
 
   
3.   Installation Services and Charges
Installation Services and Charges

Customers are advised to furnish as much details of installation site such as material on which installation is to be done (concrete, marble, wood etc), area measurements (length, width and height) and hidden piping (gas pipes, water pipes etc) to ensure a smooth and safe installation.

We offer installation services for our customers at the following charges on a per trip basis.

Wall Installation: S$50.00 (Kitchen & Bathroom Series)

Closet Installation: S$30.00

Note:
(i) For installations on concrete walls, there will be an additional charge of $20.00.
(ii) Our contractors will only install Wel-Mi products. Please be advised that we do not cater to customer requests to install all other types and brands of products.

5.   Product Showcase/Availability in Showrooms
Product Showcase/Availability in Showrooms

To ensure that our customers get to view our complete range of products, we do our best to ensure that every of our showrooms have a complete showcase and stock available at all times. Customers are advised to call the showroom/s that they wish to visit to check for availability of specific products that they already have in mind before visiting.

Site Measurements

Yes, we do offer site measurements. The service is offered at no obligations and fees. For appointments, please contact the head office at our customer service hotline 6281 1198 or email us. You can also contact any of our showrooms to arrange for appointments.
 
   
7.   Exchanges & Refunds for Product
Exchanges & Refunds for Product

All products sold are non-refundable. As a value added service for our valued customers, we allow exchanges to be made for our products. All the following conditions must be met and agreed upon by the customer before an exchange can be made.

The product and its packaging have to be in good condition. Our staff will check and determine this.

Proof of purchase indicating product to be exchanged (Cash Sales slips, invoices or receipts) must be shown to staff.

Exchanges for any products must be made within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

Exchanges can only be done at the showroom where the product was bought. However, for products bought at exhibitions, they can be exchanged at any showrooms or the head office.
 
   
8.   Stainless Steel Used
Stainless Steel Used

The Wel-Mi stainless steel range belong to the 18-8 quality (International Code #304) and it contains the following alloys:

1. Carbon (C) <= 0.08
2. Silicon (Si) <= 1.00
3. Manganese (Mn) <= 2.00
4. Phosphorus (P) <= 0.045
5. Sulphur (S) <= 0.03
6. Nickel (Ni) >= 8.00
7. Chronium (Cr) >= 18.00

There are two types of processes used to finish stainless steel, namely Electrolysis and Electroplating. The Wel-Mi stainless steel range uses ¡®Electrolysis¡¯ to finish.

Electrolysis: Stainless steel wires having undergone the electrolysis process will have a very bright and long lasting finish. This is due to the elimination of impurities in the process. The more you use it, the newer it looks. All our Wel-Mi stainless steel range uses the right electrolysis process to ensure our high quality.

Electroplating: Stainless steel wires having undergone the electroplating process will have a glossy and bright finish. But they discolor easily and leave a spotty finish after some time. The plating portion falls off easily, which is typical of counterfeit wire that uses such a method.
 
   
9.   Maintenance of Products
Maintenance of Products

The Wel-Mi ranges of 18-8 stainless steel products are durable and long lasting with little maintenance needed. Usually, a scrub with hot or warm water is all that is needed to remove any greasy particles or stains. The use of a bristle brush will give our products an additional sheen, making it appear shinier and just like brand new.

Typically, impurities accumulated on stainless steel (alkaline from dish-washing liquids, grease and minerals etc) may form watermarks on the products. This happens when maintenance is not done regularly. If watermarks are stubborn, using a lemon to remove the marks will be sufficient.

Under circumstances whereby watermarks cannot be removed by the customer, please call our customer service hotline 6281 1198 or bring the product to our showrooms or head office along with proof of purchase or warranty for maintenance services.
 
   
11.   Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty Terms and Conditions

With a minimum purchase of S$150.00, customers are issued with a warranty card. Please keep the customer copy of the warranty carefully and ensure that the company copy is returned to us for validity.

(1) Period of Coverage

Lifetime warranty against rust for our products.

5-year free maintenance for any damaged wire parts. A charge is applicable after the warranty is expired.

(2) Services Provided

Removal of watermarks.

Free off-site maintenance during warranty period for the following situations:

(a) Inadequate handling of products such as dropping or hitting resulting in damages.
(b) Damages resulting from re-assembly of the stainless steel products.
(c) Damages due to exerting too much weight onto the stainless steel products resulting in spoilage of wire portion.

Note: Scratching and pox marks may result from cleaning or welding process. The Company shall not be made liable for these circumstances.

(3) Limitations of Warranty and Services

Only Wel-Mi Stainless Steel series are eligible for the warranty and maintenance services.

The warranty card needs to be present for any servicing during the warranty period.

No exchanges or replacements will be given for any form of damages.

Maintenance is only provided for the wire portions. Any bending and/or alteration of the wire portions are not covered under the warranty.

(4) Responsibilities of Customers

Perform all self-tests and troubleshooting.

Provide all information including the model number, invoice number, place of purchase and the current failure symptoms.

Perform all maintenance and cleaning of the product as instructed under ´Maintenance of Products´.

(5) Warranty Repair Policy

The Company will need a grace period of 2 weeks to repair any defective products and this may be prolonged to a maximum of 4 weeks depending on the extend of damage.
